About
I am the Editor in Chief of FAE Magazine (Faeries and Enchantment). I am also the founder of the 3 Wishes Faery Fest, the UK’s first and only major faerie festival with overnight camping and live music stages and entertainment, a magical wonderland of enchantment! I also founded the first UK Faery Balls established in 2006.
THE PRESENT:
My journalistic experience and a Post Graduate Diploma in Broadcast Journalism has proved to be invaluable regarding my current and very exciting role as Editor in Chief for FAE Magazine (Faeries and Enchantment). As FAE magazine editor I have endorsed the following Faerie books:
- A Faerie Treasury by Jacky Newcomb & Alicen Geddes-Ward
- Messages from Natures Guardians by Fiona Murray
I have recently been featured as an ‘Inspirational Faery’ in the new book ‘Faery Magic‘ by Lucy Cavendish & Serene Conneeley to be released in 2010. I have appeared in: Prediction (UK), Spirit & Destiny (UK), SpellCraft (Aus) and many more. I produce film scores, albums and meditation CD’s with my partner, the amazingly multi talented, Michael Tingle.
THE PAST:
Singing has been my profession since the age of 15, and my musical career really took off when I auditioned to sing with The Spiders, I was then headhunted and asked to sing and play bass guitar with punk/pop band, The Gymslips.
We released several records and recorded a John Peel Session for BBC Radio 1. I also worked as a session singer and sang backing vocals on the “Dreams come True” album by A Flock of Seagulls. I also sang with the group, Daughters of Gaia. I also performed a few times at the famous Marquee club in Wardour Street in London with the Gymslips and another band I was in called WEBCORE.
I appeared as an ‘extra’ in Hazel O’Connor’s ‘Breaking Glass, and was an American punk rocker in the Sex Pistols film ‘Sid & Nancy’ formerly entitled ‘Love Kills’.
I was also the ‘punk postcard girl’ with spiky red hair, and those postcards are still on sale all around Europe even now! I wish I had a penny for every one sold!
In April 1986 I was the cover girl on the world famous biker magazine ‘Back Street Heroes‘

Back in 2000 I gained a Post Graduate Diploma in Broadcast Journalism, and have worked for the BBC and independent Radio stations as a Broadcast Journalist and News Editor. I was also the Cornwall Editor for Connect, an environmental magazine. I have my own column in South West Connections and have been writing for them for several years. I have been an event organiser for more than 14 years and founded Love & Light Events, the cosmic umbrella for my events including; Earth, Health & Mystic Fayres (Est. 1994) The Angel Conference (a one-off event in 1999), Faery, Angel & Healing Fayre (Est. 2003), The Faery Ball (Est 2006) and the 3 Wishes Faery Fest (Est 2007). You may have noticed I LOVE faeries, angels and all things mystical!
THE FUTURE:
To be confirmed!
